Avis Car Rental at 4200 Genesee Street, Buffalo Niagara Intl Airport, Buffalo, Buffalo, New York.

If I could provide negative feedback for the Buffalo- Niagra international airport Avis I would. I was on the road visiting a family member with terminal cancer with my disabled mother in the vehicle for 16 hr round trip. I picked up a Ford Explorer when they just handed me the keys and said your all set. I then went to inspect the vehicle ( because they never did a walk around for damage.) and found significant damage and the vehicle was side swiped across entire passenger side and rims. I had to chase them down and have them document it in writing so when I returned the vehicle I was not charged in Maryland drop off location. To add to the headache I got in the vehicle and smelled STRONG ODOR of marijuana and BODILY FLUIDS. I found reminence of illegal drugs in vehicle and a DIRTY BABY DIPER!!!!! Do they not clean the vehicles?? This is absolutely uncalled for when you pay over $200 for a top of line vehicle. I HAD MY disabled mother in vehicle and I am in the USMC... would Avis bailed me out of jail had I gotten pulled over and arrested????

Something needs to be done about this. When I called customer service I said that last line and the guy laughed as if I were cracking a joke. This is far from a joke. COMPLETLY DIS SATISFIED WITH THE VEHICLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I PAID $219 for a couple day car rental.

I WOULDNT HAVE TO DO THIS IF AVIS COULD MAKE IT RIGHT. I want to speak to a manager directly from that location no exceptions or I will not stop with just this review.

DISAPOINTED IS NOT THE WORD!!!!
