Days Hotel by Wyndham Buffalo Airport at 4345 Genesee St, Buffalo, New York.

Arrived at this hotel as a result of rerouting layover from Southwest airline after 6 hours waiting in an airport and a 1 hour taxi drive from Rochester to Buffalo. Arriving late, you want a friendly face and 1 of the 2 people on duty was just that however the other person needs some additional customer service training. Hotel is dated, thermostat not working [Room 624], TV did not work properly [kept going black every 2 min] almost as if it was buffering so when that happened, that part of the show is lost there was no catching up as in buffering. Shuttle to airport is timely.
