I had been to different company's but they would pass me to another company or they would send the wrong kind of vehicle to pick me up I'm in a power wheelchair so why send me a regular car. Finally after the company passed me to hope transportation and not notifying me of the change I said I'm done so I switched over to hope transportation and I really enjoy my rides with Kassa he is friendly and helpful. His truck is clean he is on time and he will text you when he is close to picking you up and then he will follow up with a phone call to make sure you are ready I highly recommend hope transportation for all of your needs thank you my name is Theresa B
